April Flash Fitness coaching is for people who want structure and high-level strategic coaching. If you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, move better, or train with an athletic edge (even if you’re not a pro), you’ll fit here. This is best for people ready to be consistent and coachable.
No. You can train in a gym, at home, or a mix of both. If you’re home-based, I’ll program around your equipment (dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, or bodyweight). If you have gym access, we’ll use it to level up strength and progress faster.
You’ll do a weekly check-in inside the app where you report wins, challenges, progress, and what you need help with. You will also have a personalized google sheet that will help us track very precise progress. I review your weekly data, adjust your plan (training and/or nutrition), and give you clear action steps for the next week.
4. Will you provide me with meal plans?
Not rigid meal plans. Instead, I teach you how to fuel with intention using my Build-Your-Plate Method based on your goal, schedule, preferences, and lifestyle. You’ll learn how to build meals at home, order confidently when eating out, and make smart choices on busy days. The goal is long-term skills and consistency, not a short-term plan that falls apart the moment life gets busy.
Most clients spend about:
* 3–5 hours/week training (depending on your program)
* 5–10 minutes/day for basic tracking (if required for your plan)
* 10–15 minutes/week for your check-in
The goal is a system you can sustain, not something that takes over your life.
Athlete coaching is built around performance, recovery, and readiness, not just looking fit. Programming is tailored to your season and sport, with a stronger focus on:
* strength, power, speed, and resilience
* movement quality + injury risk reduction
* conditioning that actually matches your sport
* fueling for training load (carbs, timing, recovery)
You’ll still build muscle and lean out if needed, but the main goal is better performance under pressure.
